May be it’s for the location (2km to Mahkota Parade) but staying near seasides means it’s also surrounded by mosquitoes. The bad: 1) the location is walking distance from the mall, but you have to jay walk across a busy road to get to it. The host responded to my message and sent a cleaner to help mop the floor after I got big spray everywhere, so I appreciate that. 3) the utensils in the kitchen were not clean 4) no laundry room in the compound. Have to call a service or wash in the sink. Overall I would not stay here again but the host did put in effort."

"Jetline gives really clear instructions on how to check in so that's not a worry. 12pm checkout is great. Bed was seriously comfy which is a huge plus if you're walking around exploring all day. The little setup beside the window is also a neat touch. There are power sockets beside the bed but you'll want longer charging cables if you charge while winding down in bed on your phone. Also bring your own hand soap and shampoo/conditioner if you're picky. No filtered water dispenser but there's a mini mart downstairs that sells bottled water. All in all a comfortable place that has sufficient room for 1-2 people and provides the essentials for a little getaway in Malacca. Would happily stay there again."

The unit is clean, but no water filter so you either have to buy mineral water or boil your own water. It looks exactly like the picture however the aircond at the room and the living room weren’t so good, took so long for it to get cold but it was bearable. The location is great too, such nice view and just 10mins to Jonker Walk. Oh another thing, the lift at this building is not so great, had to wait for so long to get an available lift especially during check ins and check out. "The room is very spacious and pretty clean, not the most comfortable but it’s good enough if you are only staying for your kids to enjoy the waterpark (this is the one and only reason to rent this room) if you’re on holidays you will have a hard time enjoying because the kids scream from 8am until 10pm every day, 30-50 kids, this is very noisy all throughout the day. We had to wear earplugs during the day if we wanted to stay home to work. We asked the host if there was anything they could to help us with the constant noise, it really didn’t seem like they cared to help. Also a major lack of supplies, no hand soap, no tissues/paper towel, 2-in-1 body and shampoo bottle was half full for our 2 week stay, almost no dish soap, and not enough toilet paper. The only thing this host cared about was sending 3 messages about a “discounted” theatre show. I would not recommend this place if you don’t want to listen to 50 kids screaming 10 hours a day, every day. "
